My journey began long before I became a chef. After spending nearly seven years on dialysis, I received the life-changing gift of a kidney transplant in 2006. That experience completely changed the way I view food, health, and serving others. It taught me the importance of fresh ingredients, balanced meals, and preparing every dish with purpose and love.
Today, I’m proud to be the owner of You’ve Got Great Tastee LLC, where every meal is prepared with care, quality ingredients, and attention to detail. Whether I’m catering an elegant wedding, preparing weekly family meal prep, serving corporate lunches, or pouring our seasonal freshly squeezed lemonade, my goal is always the same—to make every customer feel like family.
